Several years ago i attended a seminar with Jesse Glover. (As most of you know, this is a wonderful experience, highly recommended to martial artist.)
At the seminar, Jesse explained that he took a catchers mitt, unlaced the glove, revmoved the padding that was there, and replaced it with a dense foam material. He said that this closely mimicked the feeling of punching someone's face/head. I don't think he stated what the material he stated that he used. I was wondering if anyone here knew what material he used and or where i could purchase some?
