I woke to a almost pristine blue sky here in Tokyo, New Years Day 2008, with only this thin cloud nearer the mountains at about 10am

Thought it might stay blue all day, but a fat grey cloud came and sat above us. Many (and I mean many!) people go to the temple on New Year's Day here, so, being on my own today, I thought I'd play the "tourist" and go see what was happening. Anyway, the cloud looked dramatic above the temple roof round about 1pm...
