I went a few years ago. I used to live about 20 min from there, but didn't see all the hype about it until I moved away. Anyway, you can totally tell it's the house. Yes, the number is changed & it is a little remodeled. But the house still looked the same. You can get in big trouble for being there though. Cops patrol the area all day & night to catch people. Luckily I got out of the car, took a few pics & got out of there in time. My parents remember everything that happened back in the 70's. I guess on Long Island it was spread. It has to be one of the best sights I've seen...just to say that I've actually been there. |
