Is VR the same team?

NO, not even close. They only have one player from last years team. This team will struggle to even make the playoffs.

Saw the DB play in the 4on4 league at SV. They looked much better than last year. Much more speed and grit on the team. New small goalie is very good.

DB Should make the playoffs this year.

DB made the playoffs last year and teams haven't improved so its not a stretch that they will make it this year as well.

Are there any suprises out there. What about AA. Have they recruited well. Will they compete.

Atleast DD made it to the west FINALS and was in the playoffs since the first year in Minor Atom.

I think your dreaming about the Icedogs finishing ahead of the DD unless they both are fighting for the basement.

ID coaching might actually be worse than the last two years

DD coaching has ALWAYS been bad.

The new coach for the ID was a coach for the DD a few years ago thats why none of the kids returned to the ID this year.

No one returned because the new coach told everyone to come to tryouts and he'd decide then if they were good enough. Obviously nobody took him up on his offer.

DD will not even be the same as last years team. The ONLY two players who did anything have left. When these players were not in the line up DD were beating badly by the lowly DB in the first game of the playoffs. And by all acounts they even lost more ok players than these two.

Royals are better then last year that's for sure. I don't think they have it yet to go all the way. They still have some weak players and I am sure after this year they will be gone for better players. If Mazza stays on as coach and having a kid on his team in the past they will do good.
