As of this morning, see the article posted in the DF:

So now, it's just Fiat to convince. I still don't think we'll be seeing any X1/99s officially sold on US shores though.

I would like to see them offer it in limited numbers maybe through existing dealers of Fiat Group's other cars in the US, but seeing as those are "prestige" models, just sitting in the same showroom would be bound to drive the retail price up.

Oh well, again, there's always self-import
