I know these are generic but I think it is better at provoking positives about a new car rather than someone coming in an saying that in no way would they be interested. One thing I learned...never say never because it will come back to bite you.
So if something like this...(better questions maybe or improve on these as I typed them up quickly)...were made up I think things would be much more positive. I think it is natural for some people to say that something can't be done.
