Mac, Need a HUGE petition link on the Main Pages

Well, I tried a number of different options...

... and ultimately decided that "centrally located" would be more effective (and less irritating, hopefully) than "HUGE"

The "Sign the Petition" link is now showing directly under the "Start New Thread" links on every forum on Xweb, and is accompanied by a small "(about)" link which offers more detailed background information on the Petition, its origins and its wording.
