Did we just get some media coverage in Finland?

I don't know what happened but the petition is suddenly being overrun by signatures from FINLAND!?

Did we get some media attention over there or something I'm not aware of? - Or did every Xhead in Finland just randomly decide to support the cause all at once?

Either way, I'm happy to see more signatures, wherever they're from!

I don't see any of those with a ".fi" domain...

I was not so surprised that there is attention from various locations around the globe as I was about a big clump from Finland specifically, it just seemed odd they all came in a row, made me think the topic must have come up somewhere there, maybe a Finnish Fiat club talked about us at a gathering or something?

As you can see from that search trick you posted, I have been busy in my free time running around the web trying to spread the word of our efforts far and wide (I could certainly use some help folks! Go tell a friend, go tell a forum, go tell a foreign Fiat club, go tell everybody! )
