In the flooded city, some of the greatest desperation was at hospitals and nursing homes where frail people were left without air conditioning, medicine and basic care. Doctors pleaded for helicopters and boats and feared looters.

Not to mention all the people who died elsewhere in the city while Bush vacationed, played the guitar, and had a photo op with John McCain, Meanwhile he delayed sending aid so he could wrest control of the state from the governor and "play" hero instead of providing aid when and how he could. How many people would have been saved otherwise? So the question is why isn't Bush in jail?

Once again I get the weird feeling on all these announcements is that the prosecutors are trying this case in the court of public opinion and the media is helping them by acting like these people have been proven guilty already.
