Response to Alaskan Independence

You Alaskans may be able to rename Mt. McKinley to Mt. Denali if your state successfully secedes from the Union, only if that will ever happen. Of course that will never successfully happen. Remember what happened in 1860, when South Carolina seceded from the Union. Civil War broke out and 600,000 men lost their lives.
Your vote to secede will not pass through Congress and if somehow Alaska does say it has seceded, the U.S. military will annihilate the entire country of living-moving matter.
