Good question Ho.
Jack always published the membership roster with his first quarter issue to "kick off the new year."
When Dave and I developed a separate Directory, we continued the tradition of sending it with the 1st Q issue.
But the elections of Directors and Officers take place in April/May so the Directory is instantly out of date. By delaying it one quarter, we know the results and can make the Directory correct for a full year.
We probably should have the elections in Nov/Dec so the newly elected can begin their terms in January and the Directory can be sent in the 1st Q.
