Kentucky State Police said an Ohio teenager is dead after falling from a 150-foot ledge during a hiking trip.
Jamison L. Rowland. 18, of Springboro was camping overnight near the Red River Gorge in Menifee County with a group of college students.
Police said his companions were awakened by a suspicious noise at 3 Saturday morning and found he had fallen off the ledge.
Rowland was pronounced dead about six hours later.
State police are investigating the incident as an accidental death.
