Texas man is in Utah's Grand County Jail, accused of running over his girlfriend with his car and killing her at Arches National Park.
Police were called to the Moab Fault Overlook last night.
Police say 26-year-old James Cunningham of Richwood, Texas, was driving the car that struck 34-year-old Rhonda Rosenbalm of Seabrook, Texas.
Witnesses told police they saw the couple arguing before she was struck by the car.
Emergency personnel tried to revive Rosenbalm, but she was pronounced dead.
Cunningham faces one count of criminal homicide, three counts of attempted homicide, along with drunken driving, domestic violence and aggravated assault charges.
