Charlie and Diane Winger received the Vin Hoeman Award for service to the club.

Charlie is the state highpoint liaison coordinator and in the last year we have seen South Carolina switch to public ownership, a vast improvement project on Hoosier Hill and new owners of Rhode Island who are very welcoming to highpointers. Diane is the volunteer coordinator and a member of the board.
