Thank you Roy Wallen for submitting a copy of the article that appeared on page A13 regarding the new access to Rhode Island, written by Richard Lewis.

The article dwells on the troubled past, but Richard wrote it well, and explained the tranistion to a peaceful highpoint. The photo of Debbie & Jeff Mosley is great!
