Response to Measure of a mountain

is the West Peak of the Hanging Hills, just N of Meriden. They rise abruptly in a series of cliffs, then the ridge slopes gradually downhill to a very low spot to the north. It's not even a county highpoint (the less worthy unnamed hills near Wolcott take the title for N.H. County), but is still quite impressive and noticeable with its radio tower array along the summit. Quite an interesting area to hike or climb in, and from one of the subsidary summits, one can see both Hartford and New Haven!
