Response to Article is critical of this new attraction


I'd be interested to hear of anyone's personal experience about this.

Can't help you there... I won't go near it, mainly for the $75 price, plus I've already looked 3,000 feet straight down into the canyon at Toroweap.

It is evident the skywalk is being pitched to the Las Vegas tourists. The Hualapai Reservation is way way remote from most of AZ; the closest big city would be Vegas. From Phoenix or Flag or Tucson, it's not worth the extra drive since the rest of the Canyon is closer, plus you can take photographs of your own.

I have nothing against the skywalk itself. It's just too far away and too pricey.
