I always consider Europe & Asia to be one continent, though they are quite different culturally (and visiting Asia calls for more red tape, visas, silly things like "local sponsors", etc.). (I also used to think Mont Blanc was the top of Europe; didn't know about Elbruz).
Re SE Asia/Oceania, I've climbed Kosciuszcko (sp?), Wilhelm and Kinabalu (HP of Borneo and SE Asia proper) but not Carstenz, then called Gunong Sukarno or Puntjak Jaya. It's a much harder climb, hard to reach (though it's supposed to be near a large mine) and my visa to Indonesia (talk about red tape, mandatory airline tickets in and out, neither of which I used) was stamped "not valid for travel to Irian Barat" (W. Irian). A poorly run country.
