I remember there being quite a few highpointers from the Phoenix area, so i figured why not post the following:
Arizona State University is presenting me in a solo cello concert this Wednesday, 10/7, 7:30pm at Katzin Recital Hall on campus. It's free. It's what i do for a living, and i'm not going to boast or list credentials, but i can promise you i won't hurt your ears. I can almost promise you'll love it.
And honestly, the music i'm playing (by Bach, Cassado, and Kodaly) includes the very HIGHEST cello music in the repetoire. I'm not kidding. The last note of the program is higher than most violinists play. There won't be a summit register, so if you come, you should stop by and say hi to me.
