They got it right with Stephanie. Almost makes up for getting rid of Antonia last week and keeping Lisa. (I would never, ever eat at one of her restaurants). Richard was good, but too nervous, indecisive and unorganized.
Stephanie just needs more confidence and, as she said, to stop second guessing herself.
