My apologies for this always being so long. I'm new to this. I like details.
We go back in time to Dec. 28, 2002. Amanda's dancing in a club with unknown guy. Guy gets to touchy. It upsets Amanda. Guy moves onto another girl. This pisses off Amanda. She storms into the restroom to kick his butt as other girl hollers at Amanda. Unknown guy breaks up the fight and sends Amanda with Nolan who then takes her out to eat. Nolan encourages her to read the journals. Which she got from him 6 months ago. She then finishes eating and walks away.
We then go to Grayson Global. Where Conrad and Frank are going over the guest list for the NEW YEARS EVE Party. Conrad says how he wants to stop throwing parties. Victoria walks in as Conrad called her over bc someone sent a card that said Shame witch black blots all over it and it was typed David Clarke at the bottom of it. They discuss how they are inviting everyone who was involved in the cover up bc they are all now invited to the party. Victoria is not too happy.
Amanda goes to Jack's Dads bar. Amanda sees Jack for the first time since she was a little girl. Like weed said ("there's no excuse for his hair lol!). She sees him kiss his girlfriend and she bails out before Jacks girlfriend turn back around.
We then see Amanda sneak into her old house that is now empty. We then have a flashback of her as a little girl, year 1991. Her dad is getting ready for the Grayson's New Years Eve. Uncle Bill shows up to go to the party with David and gives Amanda a blated Christmas gift. The guys then leave.
We go back to the year 2002 and Amanda is still in the house and she has a box that belongs to David Clarke, her dad. She starts to go through it. starting with his journals. After a while, we see her sneaking around the Grayson's house. When she sees Victoria we then see a flashback of the nights that Victoria takes David's laptop to give to Frank and sees Amanda watching her. Back to the year 2002, the security light comes on and Amanda takes off running. Frank notices the footprints outside.
Lydia and Michael arrive at the Grayson's. They are staying there for a little while. We are still in the year 2002. They arrive a day early for the Grayson's new years eve party. Lydia tells Victoria and Conrad that Michael and them are house hunting bc they want to move to South Hampton. They put an offer on David Clarkes house but no one is interested on selling the house.
Amanda goes back to Jacks, Dads bar. She wants to order a burger. Jacks dad walks in and Jacks girlfriend asks him if she can have the night off for the Grayson party bc she's going to be serving. Jacks dad doesn't want her to take off. He tells her that she's needed there. However if she still want to serve at the Graysons to do it, but do not go back to the bar. Jack walks in and they talk about how Jacks dad turns her down. She's unhappy bc they are planning a trip. Jack soon walks away after more discussion and Amanda offers to take the gig and give her 25%. And Jacks girlfriend agrees.
Amanda walks out and sees Sami and gives him a pet or two and talks to him. Nolan then walks up. They talk. Jack comes out to get Sami and invites them over tomorrow night to the bar and then leaves. Nolan and Amanda talk some more. Amanda walks away telling Nolan after he criticizes her plans that she hasn't had a guardian in 10 yes and how she doesn't need one.
Back at the Grayson's, frank and conrad discuss Lydia and Michaels arrival and how they are in the clear when it comes to who sent the letter. They then discuss how everyone is a suspect including themselves and they then wonder where Victoria is.
We then see Victoria walking through David Clarkes house. After walking a little ways, she notices something on the floor. It's a picture of David Clarke that Amanda had left. She pics it up and looks at it. We see a flash back to new years eve 1991 where Victoria is sipping on a drink and notices David Clarke. She then walks over to David and Bill and introduces herself to David and says hello to Bill. Soon Conrad walks over as well. Conrad tells Victoria how David just moved into the neighborhood and she welcomes him to the Hamptons. He talks about how the house needs fixing up. Conrad then leaves to go talk to Rudy.
We are back in the year 2002 when Conrad walks up behind Victoria who has just exit memory lane. He criticizes her and she tells him someone's been in there as he's snatches the picture of David from her. He then tells her that it's time to sell David's House. She asks why and he says that she's still in love with him and Conrad walks away. Amanda overhears.

We then see the guy who wrote the book on David Clarke. He talks to Victoria about getting invited at the last minute. Victoria then calls out to Amanda about greeting Tredwell an ashtray so he can smoke outside. Amanda recognizes him and they talk about her being his biggest fan. She then walks away and Leo and Victoria talk abut David's death and the publics interest in his story. They also talk about how he's writing a new book. He then gives Victoria a picture of David Clarke on the day he died, saying how David would want her to have it and Amanda somewhat looks on/over hears.
Amanda is doing seating arrangements. As she looks at the names we see what her dad wrote about them and a flashback of them. We see Bill first. The flashback is of him and Bill in the kitchen talking about the FCC and Conrad wanting to cut a deal. Then we see Tom. We see him at a press conference talking about the ending of David's Trail. We then meet Roger. David's true friend who is staying at the Grayaons pools house. After he orders a drink from Amanda and asks to be seated away from everyone he goes to the poorhouse. Frank walks up to Amanda to ask what Roger was talking to her about.
We go back to the bar and Nolan goes to look for Amanda. He asks Kai (Jacks girlfriend). Then he flirts with her. Jack catches him and nicely tells Nolan that she's with him. He apologizes and introduces himself.
We then see Amanda going to see Roger with a bottle of whiskey she got from Conrad's stash. He then tries to tip her thinking that's what she wants. Knowing how present Amanda's been, she cuts to the chase and tells him she wants to know about her father. He's reluctant to tell her that her fathers innocent. He askes her what she will do if he says that her Dad is innocent, she says that she will let people know and make sure they pay as well (which we see her doing in the present day. Her plan starts to form here). After she tells him that she's not afraid of them and he should either. He tells her he has nothing more to tell her.
Amanda goes back to the party to serve. We see several sidebar conversations. Nothing really important. Eventually Victoria slips of to get a private drink. Where we see another flashback to the year 91 where David Clarke goes into one of the Grayson's rooms and Victoria happens to be in there he tells her he was looking for Conrad bc he wanted to say goodbye. She offers him a drink. He declines bc he wants to get home to watch the ball drop with his little girl (Amanda). She talks about Daniel being at the inlaws and invited David over for brunch the next day. She invites the whole family. David tells her it's just him and his little girl and how his wife is no longer with them. Victoria apologizes. Flashback ends and we are back to the year 2002, Victoria is staring at a picture of Global employees.
Back at the bar, Jack gives a toast to his dad. Nolan is still at the bar. Nolan ask Jack if is dad had died. Jack explains to him how they own the bar and how they are staying there now.
Back at the Grayson's, Frank updates Conrad on his investigation on who sent the card to the Graysons with the word Shame on it. He tells him he suspects Roger. They discuss how he was David's friend. Lydia walks in on them. Says she needs to freshen up. Frank says hell show her to her room. Conrad says he can do it. Frank leaves, they talk about David's house and Victorias feelings for David still. Lydia later reveals through a kiss she likes Conrad. She apologizes and Conrad goes to close the door with Lydia still in the room.
Meanwhile downstairs Leo's asking about resolutions. Roger comes out rather drunk bumps into Amanda, ask Frank for another drink. Frank tells Roger they need to talk and takes him back to the poorhouse.
Back at the bar, Nolan goes to talk to Jacks dad. He tells him that he's the guy that bought his house and how it's not to late for him to pull out of his deal. Jacks dad then tells him it's ok bc they couldn't afford it anyways. Kai (Jacks girlfriend) overhears.
Back in the poorhouse, Frank pours himself a drink and get comfortable. He and Roger talk. Roger tells Frank he didn't send the card. Someone then knocks on the door. It's Amanda coming to bring Roger some aspirin. Frank tells Amanda that he has something stronger for him. This worries Roger. Frank tells Amanda it's almost midnight and to go get the champagne ready. She turns to leave.
Back inside the Grayson house, Conrad it making a toast saying how it's good to be back on top and he intends to stay there. He also announces that Michael and
Lydia will be moving to the Hamptons next door to them (well I guess so after he just had some fun with Lydia ... Pig!). They begin to countdown all over town to the year 2003.
At midnight, at the bar, Kai kisses Nolan after saying how her and Jack don't want the same things anymore. Jack sees this and punches Nolan even though this time it's not Nolan's fault, it's Kai's.
Back at the Grayson's, Victoria and Lydia talk about David's house and she encourages her to make it her own after she apologizes for hoarding it.
Amanda finds a note in her uniform from Roger that he placed when he fell into her arms earlier. She goes to read it outside but notices Frank and Conrad. She then goes to check on Roger. She finds him dead. She runs off.
We see them carry Rogers body off and Victoria and others discuss why there was no note. This irritates Victoria. Leo shows up and he reveals to only her, that he sent the note bc he writting another book. This upsets Victoria. Leo walks off.
Amanda calls Nolan to tell her the latest and how he was right. She's visually upset vowing to Nolan that they will pay (30 mins later we see she's dead set on this plan now).
After talking to Nolan she sees what her dad carves onto the porch of her old house and she GPRS to get it tatted on her arm. We also see her reading Rogers note. We then go back to the present day.
