See thru scope rings

you don't need 'em, and you don't want to do 'em!


if you are going to mount a scope on your Winchester springer, go with a normal mount, as low as you can put it (depends on size of scope).

Putting "see thru" rings on it, thinking will allow you to use both scope and stock barrel sights just makes scope placement awkward and less useful. Don't worry about have the hooded front sight "in the way" of low scope placement - even with scope down as low as you can get it, the front sight will be not visible/not an issue.

i just replaced my factory mounts and i have see-through sights ( not high enough to see sights anyway) i can see my front sight in the scope at low magnification. it goes away at higher levels but it doesnt seem to be a problem.
