i've come across one or two sites/articles that commented on making your own new seals for airguns. you'll need to do that i think. search around and if/when you find a pertinent page, please post a link back here! if i come across them again, i'll do the same. there may even be standard 'stocked' sized of seals that you can use...

The Webley Xocet piston seal has just about exactly the same outside diameter as the stock Winchester seal when not in the gun
(approx. = 1.083 inches). The Xocet seal is also about 2mm taller.

I eventually got the Xocet seal sized as good as I could (lots of sanding). I sized it to just slightly more of a snug fit than the stock seal because the stock seal was damaged (during assembly at the factory).
After function firing about 100 pellets, I recorded a 32 shot string.
I lost about 15 FPS with the new seal, it's now shooting CPLs at 868.8 FPS. That's not too bad. I suspect it will speed up a little as the new seal wears in.
Now for the crazy part (32 shot string):
Average = 868.8 FPS
Standard Dev. = 3.2 !!
Spread = 14.0 !!
The standard deviation and spread are unbelievable!
I can’t wait to see how it groups.
