The sear on the 600x is a pretty crude piece. It looks like some kid made it in shop class. The sear from my Turkish gun is far worse than the one from Brazil. I carefully sanded the sear face with 600 grit sand paper, and cut 1-2 coils from the sear spring. This smoothed and lightened the trigger pull considerably. I would not cut more than 2 coils from the spring though. I have no idea where you can find spare parts for these guns if you screw something up.
The sear is held in place by a drift pin thru the trigger housing. There is a lot of excess clearance on either side, so the sear flops around a lot from side-to-side. This causes inconsistent engagement with the notch in the piston assy. I fit some thin, small washers to each side of the sear and this cut the side-to-side flopping and also helped with the trigger pull.
I also fit small thin washers to both sides of the trigger. This cut down on the trigger's side-to-side flopping.
Your results may vary. These rifles are largely hand-built and hand-fit without extreme precision, and no 2 seem to be identical.
