Here's a Cheap and easy Muzzle brake for your 1000/400 rifles. I have installed them on my 1000X and my 800X and they realy look great. Gets rid of that ugly front sight which is no lonfger need when a scope is mounted, it's also a lot easier to cock 'you don't tear up your hands on the sight"

They are from gamo and only cost 14.95. It's plastic and it's 4 inches long & 15/16 inches outside diameter, with a .600 bore. Just remove the front sight and tap the brake on, it is a perfect fit for these rifles. "will fit any gun with a barrel that is .6000 diameter'

To remove the front sight just put a couple layers of masking tape around the Barrel to protect it from dings, find an open end wrench from your tool box. (15 M) or a cresent wrench)
Take a hammer an tap of the front sight, you may have a few nicks on the sight but they can be cleaned up if you ever want do reinstall it at a later date.

here's the link for the muzzle brake

I used a Beeman Ported Muzzle Break on mine

It also fitted fine, and looks VERY cool.  It is also aluminum, which I tend to like more than plastic.

You can check out the rifle with the muzzle break on at http://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f138/jfrabat/DSC01439.jpg (it also sports a Daisy laser sight and a Beeman Leather Sling, with a BSA Scope on top of a B-Square one piece mount).  For a closer look at the muzzle break, go to http://s46.photobucket.com/albums/f138/jfrabat/?action=view&current=DSC01479.jpg (by the way, the muzzle break was $20, so it's not that much expensive).

Kind of looks like the Beeman Crow Mag Muzzle Break

I have not seen one in person, but from what I have seen in pictures, it is similar to this muzzle break.  Looks good!  And good pricing too (the Beeman Crow Mag MB is about $50!).

By the way, I dont know what's up with the posting of the picutres.  We USED to be able to do it with the links, but I cannot do it anymore...
