Made from High Impact PVC. There are pictures of the brakes on the GTA
http://www.gatewaytoairguns.com/airguns/forums/thread-view.asp?tid=569&posts=7&start=1

I can make them for about any rifle if I have the barrel diameter, and most styles anyone wants. They are 1 1/8 inch in diameter by 5 1/4 inches long and they have six flutes cut in them.

Ya anytime. the reason i made them from plastic is looks, I scuffed the brake on my Shadow hunter (it's Aluminum) and tried to cover it up with marker, nope still se the scuff.
With plastic you can just pop it off and re spray it, besides you don't have that heavy glob of alumunum hanging on the end of the barrel, bump the rifle and the thing comes slightly uncocked maybe missing a critical shot.
