| does any one know where here in eastern canada i could get a spring and or top hat to fit 1000x i'm looking to modify the gun i currently have thanx.

Fairly well in that gun. Otherwise you need to get the spring from JM or perhaps Rich from Mich can fix you up. Good luck.
BTW where did you buy your Daisy 1000? I am in Alberta and do not know of any Daisy springer source
