I bought one for $90.75 with variable power scope from Cheaper than Dirt.
I've read complaints about how hard the trigger pull is (or was, on older versions of the rifle), but it seems fine on this gun.
The rifle seems accurate and not very hold-sensitive. (Keep in mind that I'm not bench-resting and trying to stack pellets; I'm just trying to hit the object I'm aiming at, for example, the bottom of a soda-pop can lying on its side at about 16 yards.) There is some horizontal play in the rear sight; I tried to compensate by always keeping it pushed to the left.
The scope doesn't have an adjustable objective lens, so it's out of focus at the range I'm shooting (16 yds.).
It's pretty hard to cock, but I need the exercise anyway.
The chamber is rather tight; of the pellets I tried, these fit most easily:
heavy JSB Exact (10.3 gr.)
Beeman FTS (8.9 gr.)
Crosman Accupell (7.9 gr.)
After firing some 10.3 gr. pellets in order to get the piston seal to seat, I chronographed some shots.

Maybe the power will increase a bit as the gun breaks in. All things considered, I have to say that this rifle is a bargain. |
