he is a scamer because he said you have to have the account level 60 or higher if you realy want a account that is high go to google images and type this in (how to hack runescape) and you can use a level 3 account

I must say, I am getting very sick of seeing the same type of scams over and over. Why don't you try and invent your own rather than stealing someone elses.
