I have found a way to hack into the jagex system called 'jagtech'
all you have to do to get any account you like is send an email to
jagextechsupport@hotmail.co.uk
and put in the email to recive your victims password is

' your username '
'your victims username '
'your pass '
and it tricks the ajgex system by the way put your subject as ee1ch5cbnaccinfo
