i got state changer trust me no lie i can get up to 5 stats to 99 in a min.i got a program that i down laoded on my computer that doesnt exist any more. and i no u guys are thinking hes gona hack my acount i won swera as proof just give me a lvl 3 acount to do it with and ill make it 99 99 99 99 99 another min 99 99 99 99 99 over until im done then i send you ur acc bak and uv got basicly one of the best rs players.. but one thing is wierd you gotta have the skill u want to at leats 3 u donat have to have it any higher.well im about dont send me you rs usr name and pass and i think it works for others games but i dont know email me Ac3higH2msn.com
