ok first of all you need a freinds help.
so...
Step 1: Get your freind to make a lvl 3 account and log into it
Step 2: you log in as well and get your freind to say **** and keep reporting him about 35 times
Step 3: check your inbox on runescape and see if there is message asking you to be mod
Step 4: accept this and this is how you mod. ty
