It belongs to the class enemy and spews out a stream of anti worker, anti communist propaganda.
It does educate, inform and entertain (Lord Reith)but it is strictly on the terrain of the class standpoint of the bourgeoisie.
We remember its despicable role during the historic miners strike of 1984/1985; when it actively encouraged the scabs and praised the police.
What an absolute cheek that this organisation demands, with the threat of criminal sanmctions, that Joe and Jane Public pay a large sum of money each year to watch or listen to its lies and propaganda.
We need an alternative, popular mass media in Britain free from commercial; and profit orientated maxims, and free from the stifling anti worker values of the BBC.
