Now known as the Pollard industrial Park, it houses a number of small businesses - a vacuum cleaner sales and service depot, a small machine shop, a work clothing outlet, a water delivery service, an archery shop, and ironically, a paintball gun and supplies shop.
The entire building was brown brick, but the new owner covered almost the whole building with orange siding.
View of the front of the building looking south east, from across the street.

View looking down the east side of the building. The brown brick section, at the very rear of the building, was the warehouse and loading dock. This is the only section of the original building that was not covered by siding by the new owner

I thought a page of read only material might be nice. There have been lots of tips and information given on the forum. So to preserve it, I put it in the "Library" so everyone can see it later.
