I've been using red wine vinegar for my vinegar rinces now for a while. There are two reasons for this:
- It's cheaper than ACV.
- I like the slight red tint you get from using it.
However, when making a new batch I used the regular ACV and since starting to use that I've had less shedding. I wonder if the red wine vinegar simply is to strong for my scalp or something, causing more shedding or if it's just a coinsidence. Anyway, I'm going to stick with ACV for a while and see if the shedding continues to stay low or not.
