When Oldman's character Mason Verger tells Starling about his encounter with Hannibal, we see in flashback Mason hanging from the ceiling. His trousers are around his ankles and we see most of his butt. It was very brief and quite darkly lit. You should check out Chattahoochee for a clear scene.

Gary is kissing his wife when he unbuckles his pants and starts to push them down. They don't go all the way down, and appear to be tight, having the effect of making his buns pooch out. We see them mostly from the side, though.

I didn't see the whole movie, just bits and pieces, so I'm not sure if there's any more, but there's one scene where Gary is standing in fronta of several guards completely naked. We see his butt for a couple of seconds and then later see a brief frontal as the guards turn him arounds and force him onto the floor. It's a really nice butt actually and is quite well lit and clear. I also noticed Dennis Hopper's naked ass in this film.

I missed the first 15 to 20 minutes, but what I did see of the film has only one scene that can even be potentially described as nude. Gary is having sex with Karen Young and becomes more and more violent. He flips her over, and you might be able to see part of his butt for a millisecond.
