we are working with Jackson (7 months) on non-supported sitting (with his hands in front of him), but he constantly wants to throw himself backwards. Though when he does this and ends up on his back, he just wants right back up again...When I am holding him, low at the waist, he will sit and play with his toys, but the second I remove my hands and try to work his hands forward - back he goes...
Any ideas to encourage him to place his hands in front of him rather than behind him?
