Ever since this set of forums was made available to you there have been occasions when criticisms have been aimed/levelled at me as forum owner for also being 'moderator' in the same package. This has on occasions been quite difficult to aline both activities along with wanting to add a post myself without bias which some feel I've failed to do.
As my passion for freedom of speech and free flow of information reigns supreme on here I have searched around viewing many persons via their 'posts' and its content with a view to appointing/offering, if they wish to accept, the function of an INDEPENDENT MODERATOR.
I have pleasure in announcing that Mr Steve Anderson / RM 531 has kindly agreed to take on this sometimes demanding function and now has full 'Moderator' access to 3 main forums here. His access is as follows .. he can 'edit/delete and lock' any post at any time if he sees fit to do so due to its content OR other reason by way of a breech of the forums 'HEADER' stated use / abuse associated with a public forum.
IF he chooses to edit/remove an individual post OR entire thread there is NO WAY I can recover it even though I will retain overall control of the forums operations.
Any complaints as to forums use/abuse must in future be directed towards Steve, and I will still keep a very watchful eye on all proceedings.
Indeed we are very good friends AND HAVE OUR DIFFERENCES which we talk through with considered arguement making Steve ideal for such a role as he now has and I believe this will bring a fairer unbiased less dicatorial forum overview into play.
I wish him well in this task and thanks for accepting it.
