Hello all

I followed an RML last weekend up the M1. It was in Route 12 branding but I couldn't write down the bonnet number. I spoke to the driver at one of the services to find out if he was one of the Ensign 32. He told me he had purchased the bus privately in Hastings and was taking it to a bus company in Nottingham. I really must remember to carry a pen as I cannot remmber the bus company. Does anyone know if this is one of the 32 or any details of the bus

The Route 12 branded RML you saw is to be joined by RML2336 (acquired from our trading subsidiary, Classic Bus Lancashire) and RML2651 (to be repainted at the BusWorks in Blackpool) acquired from an owner in Southport.

Are you allowed to say who the new owners are Philip?

There is a Commercial vehicle company in Nottingham area that looks after several Routemasters for their owners . They have recently purchased RML 2619 and they are currently doing some serious work on her which involves a large amount of bodywork repair & rebuild after finding evidence of front end damage ..... I should add this damage is NOT relevant to previous owner , it appears to have happened some time way back and requires the corrective attention being given .
