Folks ,

1 ] I have been informed that 2 RMs were seen in the Strand / Trafalgar Square area last Sunday [ 27 th april ] being drive along Route 11 -- apparently there was a camera crew both in front and Behind the 2 buses actively filming the bus route or so it seemed , one bus registration was seen to be MFF ??? , other unseen . ANYONE got other helpful info .

2 ] In the current edition of STEAM Railway magazine [ issue 348 ] page 81 there is a foto of 1 RM & 1 RML in a car park for the Snowdonia railway , apparently its a ' branch charter ' is the wording ...... does anyone have info on this outing at all please . Using a magnifier the RML reg is ' JJD 515D ' == Graham Meadow's bus called '' RUBY ''

Hi Alan, Your quite right, RML2515 was one of the buses the other being RM2059. They were being used to transport 150 photographers along the unopened section of the Welsh Highland Railway between Rhyd Ddu and Beddgelert for Bob Branch Photo Charters. They will be in action later this year, October for 7 days for the section between Beddgelert and Porthmadog via the picturesque Aberglaslyn pass.

Hi All

Spotted on the hard shoulder of the M25 between Junctions 5 and 6 yesterday at about 11:00 a.m., open-top RM in bright pink emblazoned with UKIP logos. Appeared to be broken down but as we were passing in the opposite directed no time to observe any more details.

Don't miss much do I , My second love [ leaving the misses out of course !! ] is Express Steam Locos [ Southern in particular ] and so am following the build of ' Tornado / 60163 ' , having bort the latest edition of Steam Railway mag I came across the foto in the ' narrow gauge ' section which looked interesting , hence the ' post ' . I have also watched the progress of the Snowdonia Rail extensions and thats what caught my eye seeing the foto of 2 RMs in a car park there . Did you get to take any fotos of the buses with decent background sights whilst there ?? that would be nice uploaded on the forum ..
