In case anybody is interested I have listed several Routemaster items on the well known auction site. Some items very rare, some cheap, some not so and some already purchased but worth a look anyway

Whoever is selling this stuff is not terribly well informed. Have you noticed that the "broom cupboard door" is actually the blanking plate for the conversion of full depth heater intake grilles to the later condition.

Don't be fooled. This Ebay seller was recently listing the RML belonging to a certain ex RMOOA committee member from the Leighton Buzzard area.

Isn't strange how owning 'Routemaster' , to give it the correct name, can lead to parts directly related to it suddenly being given names that have absolutely NO relation to a 'ROUTEMASTER' !! eerrrr why ?
I once made reference to buying a brand new 'scribble stick' == refillable / retractable writing impliment or to the uneducated ... a biro - eerrr 'got a pen' mate?, 'well no I don't actually have one handy but I can lend you a 'fully retractable writing instrument'.
