Got A Savegame for the Safe BUT how do I use a Savegame? (It's a zip file)

Managed to get a Savegame for this (Safe), however, it's a zip file. I have to save it to my desktop, before putting it into my games Savedgames folder. However, I don't know if I unzip it to the desktop using Winzip first or not, or just save it to the desktop the way it is and then transfer it to my Savegames folder within the game (without unzipping).

Instructions would be great on how to use a zipped Savegame, as I'm just not sure what to do with it.
