Still having problems

I recieved both the walkthrough and save files which I thankyou very much for.

But I'm still having problems with the puzzle.

The walkthrough says, use peg, and go smoothly from nothing to + sign.

and then the code is 91834267

But it all still means nothing? what symbols are those numbers referring too?

Could you PLEASE send me the one image from the full walkthrough just for that paticular puzzle, I've tried so many combinations.
