Do you still have the three documents in your inventory? If yes try them again on the telescope. I assume you looked at the walkthrough to see if you missed something, like fuel (glowing stones) for the rocket or something else. Be sure to send both Perlius and Stucco into the rocket first. Is Riri's girlfriend in the rocket?
