Thank you for trying. I already have this walkthrough. What they describe to do does not seem to be working for me. I got another response from someone on another message board and have had no luck with their solution either. I'm beginning to think my disk has a flaw or something. I am hoping to hear from Hasbro, because from what I have learned so far, I should not be having trouble with this. Thanks again for responding.
