I just wanted to thank Odd Todd for putting together this whole Beatlie Boys covermash contest. And I think that everyone who submitted did a fantastic job, really! It seems as if y'all worked really hard to create those songs and it shows. It took great inspiration, work, and guts to come up with the stuff I've heard (the professional and the amateur alike.) Now, I implore y'all to CHILL OUT.
All this bickering and arguing about cheating, extra voting, which song sucks, and the like, makes a me sick. You gotta remember that everyone has different tastes when it comes to music (and everything else.) Just cause you think a song sucks, doesn't mean it don't deserve to win (or get more votes 'n you.)
And remember why you entered this contest. Was it just for some stupid flippin' guitar?! Or was it cause you visit OddTodd all the time and love the cartoons and characters and felt you wanted to give something back? Or cause you've always wanted to mix a Beastie Boys and Beatles song? Or cause you are a fan of one or both of those bands? Or cause you like making music? Or cause you just thought it would be cool? Whatever the case, y'all created something great, and got to share it with a shitload of people, and that should be enough.
Please don't prove the stereotype that internet people (musicians, Beastie Boys fans, Beatles fans) are petty and immature.
Re: Thanks to Todd and Y'all. Now, chill the flip out.

Good stuff, POOPS.
This forum is supposed to be about the people who entered, telling about their song. I held off for a few days, but I figured I should promote my own song, like so many other people have done (some even making up "friends" to give them "props").
It's so easy for people to criticize. I'd gladly compare music credentials with anyone here, if that was necessary.
