Well, it shouldn't be too hard to get hold of this book. I'm really not that certain whether any local library is going to have a copy handy but you should be able to bring it up on Amazon.com no probs. Just type the title in and run a book search. Or try this link:

Last time I checked there are used copies available from an amazingly low $0.45, or you can buy your own new copy for $10.37 if you don't want to risk getting someone's scrawl on the inside. Hate it when that happens... But, hey, forty-five cents. You can't beat that. Even if you're sceptical it ain't exactly going to burn a hole in your wallet. Just don't count on getting mine second hand; I'm keeping hold of my copy.
