Was wondering about that, myself. I must admit that in the course of working with Vietnamese, Cambodians, and Thais, I did see many of them had smaller penises, but, I also saw some that would measure up to most. One Thai Sergeant I worked with claimed( I didn't doubt him) to have 9 inches. My brother-in-law(Vietnamese) has seven and a bit. So I take these stories about small Asian men with a grain of salt.
