penis size

I have noticed alot of husbands and hot wifes get set up with larger men. Am I reading everything wrong or is this correct and part of the excitement? I'm a little over 5" in erect length and I guess average thickness. My wife says she would not mind trying something alot
larger. Is this common?

Appreciate honest answers. We are very new at this however she does seem to know what she wants.
