Can you try to force yourself to drink a tall glass of water in exchange for a coffee? Maybe, 1 cup coffee, then 1 glass H2O... next, 1 cup coffee, then another glass H2O. At least, you'll be diluting the system a bit, that way. ^..^ Julie
